BORN WONDERFUL, LLC, ORIGINALLY KNOWN AS WONDER WOMEN UNITE, WAS BORN WITH THE INTENTION TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER, LIFT EACH OTHER UP, AND INSPIRE ONE ANOTHER TO LIVE OUR BEST LIFE.
Our founder, Erin DiMaggio, wanted to utilize her multifaceted experiences as a Gymnastics' Coach, Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Personal Fitness Trainer, Parent Educator, and Spiritual Psychologist to be of service to her community.
In 2016, after many years of being a "stay-at-home-mom" she re-entered the "work-outside-the-home" arena by offering a free Yoga, Hiking, and Women's Circle event in her backyard for all women to attend. As Wonder Women Unite grew in popularity DC Comics caught wind of it and at first, not so politely demanded she take down her application for a trademark for the name and logo. Being that Erin was in the business of heart-centered sharing, she poured her heart out, letting them know how much the press would love to hear about them trying to shut down her backyard business. They came to an amicable agreement. Erin decided a name change would be in her best interest and then, as a result of taking on the patriarchy, she finally felt like a real Super Heroine! She threw off her Wonder Woman cape, spread her own wings, and in 2017, she re-launched her business and continued Doing Business AS: Born Wonderful®!

To date, we have hosted many mini-retreats, full weekend Born Wonderful Experiences, 90 minute workshops and many private Girl Scout's events for women and girls all over. Now we offer Born Wonderful® Branded Swag for you to wear and private gatherings by request. We blend the best modalities from positive psychology and motivational growth mindset theories, with modern day new age wisdom and playful movement, yoga, and strength training to assist you in remembering your innate born wonderful nature!

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
We offer both community and customizable private events throughout the year in and around Southern California.
PRIVATE RETREATS
Private Born Wonderful Experiences are a beautiful way to celebrate a loved one's birthday, a bachelorette party, graduation, or simply a perfect excuse to bring your friends together. Experiences can be anywhere from sixty minutes to a full day or weekend. Energy exchange starts at $333 for a one hour experience and $450 for two hours. Our base rate for four hours of Born Wonderful Experience includes: Sacred Circle, Journaling, Snacks, Yoga, Movement, Hiking, Meditation and Deep Relaxation lasting four hours starts at $1000. Longer retreats are available by request.

TRAVEL
We can travel with you! Do you have a girls' weekend getaway coming up? Invite us along and we can lead everyone through a Born Wonderful Experience to unite your group even more. Rates vary.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Great care and attention to detail go into the planning of every Born Wonderful Experience. We create a safe space, Yoga mats, pillows, singing bowls, music, aromatherapy, and heart-centered guidance from set-up to the closing of the circle. For an added fee we can bring additional blessings such as: Trucker Hats, Shirts, Water Bottles, Chai Tea, Fresh Pressed Juice, Honey Mamas' Chocolate or anything else you can think of.

To book your Born Wonderful Experience a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to save the date for your event.
We will take care of all of the details for you! All you need to do is: gather your friends, tell them about the event, ask them for permission for us to contact them by email, commit to being wonderful by showing up and we will do the rest!
FITNESS LEVEL
We can accommodate most but not all fitness levels. We will be doing various yoga postures that are suitable for most but not all people. If fitness might be an issue for your group, we recommend a Born Wonderful® Sacred Circle for your group which has limited movement, perfect for everyone.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
There are always some inherent risks with the participation of any form of physical activity. All Participants are required to fill out a health history form and to sign a release of liability waiver to participate in the event. We have the right to deny services to anyone if we feel it is not in the best interest of the group facilitator and/or the group as a whole. Erin DiMaggio, Born Wonderful, LLC and anyone associated with these events are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of participation in this event.
LOCATION
Born Wonderful Retreats can be held at your home, park or another venue in the Southern CA area. We can travel, too! Prices vary depending on location, travel expenses and other costs associated with specific venues.

CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL BORN WONDERFUL EXPERIENCES
From the moment you book your experience we start working to create a magical gathering for you and your guests. Therefore, if you cancel your planned Born Wonderful Experience, we do not offer refunds unless cancelation was made 60 days prior to the experience. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply to the entire payment. The cancellation policy is firm.

While we are likely not going to need to cancel, if we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
In the event that there is rain, we will need to move our outdoor activities inside.
REFUNDS:
No refunds will be made for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BORN WONDERFUL, LLC, and all of their associates cannot be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage of property, or disruption of any program due to circumstances beyond the control of retreat hosts. Only people in good health will be permitted to attend this retreat. By purchasing you are entering into an agreement with the retreat co-hosts that you are healthy and capable of engaging in moderately strenuous physical activity including but not limited to Breathwork, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Hiking and other forms of physical activities. All participants are required to sign a release of liability waiver and fill out a health history form. This will be provided by Born Wonderful.
RELEASE: Photographs will be taken at the Born Wonderful Retreat either by the retreat hosts or by guests attending the retreat that may be used on www.bornwonderful.com and associated social media websites. The participant has the right to decline being photographed prior to the retreat. The participant is responsible for letting retreat owners know if she prefers not to be photographed.
